In this position, you will develop “exaBase AI,” Japan’s No. 1 enterprise generative AI service, at Exa Enterprise AI, Inc., the ExaWizards Group company responsible for our generative AI product business.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and release “exaBase AI” and our AI agent products
- Take an active role in technology selection and architecture design
- Raise the development quality of the entire team through code reviews
- Drive full-stack development across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure
- Contribute to launching new products from the ground up (0-to-1 phase)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing web applications
- Experience proposing technology choices and design direction on your own initiative, and driving implementation through to release while bringing your team along
- Basic knowledge of networking, databases, and cloud infrastructure
- A passion for delivering high-quality products that many users continue to rely on
- Basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Currently residing in Japan, within commuting distance of our Tokyo office
- Experience developing products at a product-based company (not contract or outsourced development)
- Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 level or higher
Compensation
¥6,000,000 ~ ¥10,080,000 annually.
