We are looking for a candidate for the Tech Lead role on the exaBase Studio Platform team. exaBase Studio is a development platform designed to bring operations teams and developers closer together. By integrating internal and external AI models, services, and data, it enables the seamless creation of AI software.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Product Manager (PdM) to define development policies
- Leading technical strategy and technology selection
- Managing development teams and project execution
- Defining development policies and creating development roadmaps
- Leading the formulation and execution of technical strategies and technology selection
- Planning, designing, and leading the development of systems across the stack, including front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes), with hands-on contributions
- Improving product and code quality through activities such as code reviews and various testing processes
- Managing the development team, including assigning tasks to members based on their roles and expertise
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure architecture and system development
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Development experience using Go
- Experience or understanding of development with Node.js or Python
- Japanese communication skills (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher)
Compensation
¥8,040,000 ~ ¥13,080,000 annually.
