Key benefits

  • Small but diverse team
  • Great support for OSS

About the position

At Money Forward, we provide services that solve financial challenges through the power of technology. Our flagship service, “Money Forward Cloud Expense,” is used by a wide range of customers, from sole proprietors to large corporations, regardless of their scale.

Since its release, Cloud Expense has grown into a large-scale product that supports businesses of all sizes, from startups to major enterprises. To maintain both “rapid feature delivery” and “high reliability” as we continue to scale, we are looking for a Customer Reliability Engineer (CRE) who embraces proactive operations—going far beyond simple maintenance and support.

We are seeking an engineer who wants to use their technical expertise to untangle complex domain challenges, work at the closest point to our customers, and safeguard system reliability through the power of engineering.
