Our cloud-based platform, Spacely, enables anyone, regardless of technical background, to easily create, edit, and deploy 360° VR content for business applications. Global engineering team
Our engineering team has been global from the early days of the company, with about 40% of our engineers coming from outside Japan. The team is led by our Engineering Manager who is also non-Japanese and has been with us for seven years, helping to shape our inclusive and internationally minded culture. Japanese language usage now varies by team. The R&D team primarily operates in English, while other teams tend to use more Japanese in their day-to-day communication. Still, individual interviews and study sessions, such as reading and presenting academic papers, are typically conducted in English, supporting an environment where non-Japanese speakers can continue to grow and contribute.
